Red Sky’s brand new Seasonal White Asparagus menu has arrived – with a range of delicious, fresh and healthy dishes available from now until May in Bangkok.
Created by Chef de Cuisine, Christian Ham, you can try this vitamin-packed vegetable in a number of ways, such as the poached asparagus with light citrus sabayon; silky asparagus soup with truffle poached organic duck egg; pan-seared foie gras and asparagus with red wine sauce and hazelnut salad; or boiled asparagus with macadamia nut and balsamic dressing.

Poached asparagus, light citrus sabayon
Poached asparagus, mimosa dressing, pesto and crunchy vegetables
