This high-grade cut packs a deep, distinct flavor thanks to its rich marbling and maturation; in fact, the cattle in this northwestern region of Spain are left to graze on the meadows for up to 12 years, helping to create that intense beefiness.
Now, at UNO MAS, you can indulge in Executive Chef Sandro Aguilera’s signature of charcoal oven-roasted Rubia Gallega (1 kg) which comes served with fresh green salad, extra virgin olive oil, roasted “ajillo” potatoes and a selection of sauces for THB 3,490++.
Available daily from 16.00 – 24.00 hrs., this dish is ideal for sharing as a couple or in a group and is paired perfectly with our large selection of Spanish wines available in our vertical wine cellar.
